How far in advance should I book? TOP
You should book your party as soon as possible. Our characters often book up 3 to 4 months in advance.

Can our visit be held outdoors? TOP
Visits may be held outdoors. However, we do ask that you provide a shaded area for your character due to the heavy costumes. You will need to provide a table and chair in a covered area for face painting. The area must be free of standing water, mud, bushes, sand and gravel. A grassy area or concrete is preferred.

Can I have more than one character? TOP
Absolutly the more the merrier! There is an additional fee of $80.00 for 30 min visits and $130 for 60 min visits.

What if I need additional time? TOP
You may add time onto your visit in 30 min increments. Each additional 30 mins is $80.00. Please be advised that if you have two characters and you increase time you will be charged for each character.

What if I need to cancel my visit? TOP
If you cancel your visit more than 7 days in advance you will receive a 50% refund, if you cancel in less than 7 days your full deposit is non-refundable. We can also work with you to re-schedule your event based on availability.

What do the characters do? TOP
Your character will come prepared to entertian your guest for either a 30 min or 60 min period. Some of the activities they may come with are, story telling, face painting, glitter tattoos, treasure hunt, parachute games, and much much more.All of our characters will also sing during their visit.  Activities are determined based on the average age of the children in attendance and the character that is attending.

How many guests can we have? TOP
While we do recommend that you have a max of 12 children, you can invite as many guests as you would like. Please be advised that the more children you invite the less individual attention your character will be able to provide. It may also be necessary to eliminate time consuming activities in order to accomodate your large group. We also suggest that if you are going to have a significant number of children that you hire at least two characters. The more children you have the less time the children will have to spend with the character individually, and the less time they will have to plan very many activities.

Is there a deposit required? TOP

We do require at least a 50% deposit at the time of booking. If we do not receive a deposit your date will not be locked in until the deposit is received. You may pay your deposit online or by calling 614-352-7736

Are these Disney Characters? TOP
We do not offer Disney characters because we do not offer any copyrighted characters.  Our characters are only from uncopyrighted fables or legends.  If our characters look similar to media characters, look no further than the original tales they come from. Companies such as Disney often embellish on the original intended design of a character from a fable or fairytale. Therefore, when we create our costumes, we return to the original media for design inspiration. You will find that children often cannot tell the difference. If they see a blonde woman in a blue dress, they will probably think of Cinderella, even if the dress was a store-bought wedding gown. We understand that you want your child to have a realistic princess at your party and we will do our best to make sure that they believe they have been visited by a "real" princess. But we cannot offer copyrighted designs of any kind. We can only serve customers who understand that we don't offer copyrighted characters. If you NEED a copyrighted character, you can try contacting the copyright holder.

Do you only do parties for children? TOP

Of course not! We will send a character to parties for those of all ages. You can also hire us for grand openings, weddings, honeymoons, random parties..anything you can think up! We also volunteer at clinics, hospitals, daycares and charity events. We DO NOT, however, perform for or attend any events of an "adult" nature.

Is Gratuity Included? TOP
A gratuity is not inlcuded. However, you are not required to tip our actors, but it is greatly appreciated! Please note that what you pay for your character visit goes toward gas, our costume fund and equipment before our actors get their pay. Just like tipping the wait-staff at a restaurant for good service, it is customary to tip character performers.
